I'm teaching students with mod/severe disabilities, ages 18-22. ATC stands for "Adult Transition Center". This is my 2nd year with them as I make my journey through my internship. The curriculum I teach includes vocational training, life skills, and continued education/training. My hope is that this will serve as a resource for fellow TEACHERS, an information source for CAREGIVERS, and a life line for TRANSITIONING ADULT STUDENTS. All are welcome! :0)
